In my opinion, this game would be a battle and a must win battle for Chelsea. Chelsea has been rock solid when they are playing at home in the Champions League for the past few seasons and I don't see any reasons why they will not win this game. Their most expensive signing Pedro from Barcelona will be able to spearhead the attack and provide more options for the home team.
